Returns and Exchanges
- Most of the items in our store are made to order. Due to this process, we are unable to accept returns. However, we do offer a free size exchange if something doesn't fit as expected.
- If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, we are always happy to replace it for you. Please provide photos of your issue within 30 day of receiving your package (as confirmed through tracking number).
- Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or doesn't fit as expected. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
