Returns and Exchanges
- Most of the items in the store are made to order. Due to this process, I am unable to accept order cancellations or returns. However, I do offer a free size exchange if something doesn't fit as expected.
- If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, I am always happy to replace it for you. Please provide photos of your issue within 30 day of receiving your package (as confirmed through tracking number).
- Exchanges (if applicable). I only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or doesn't fit as expected. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email at info@lastlightapparel.com
